Meeting Notes from the November 2nd Meeting

We had another great turnout for our monthly meeting at the Triumph Grill for our November meeting. It was nice to see some familiar faces and nicer to see a few more unfamiliar ones. I'm happy to see our club constantly growing and new people showing up to be a part of it.

Items covered:
  • Holiday Party: The Holiday Party will be held in Moto Europa on Tuesday, December 7th at 6:30 p.m. If you are planning on attending please RSVP by November 10th. Looks like we currently have 21 people RSVP so far and the more the merrier.
  • Treasury Overview: We have a total of $320 in funds from 16 paid (aka "active") members. Reminder that your $20 annual dues need to paid by January 1st. Our Paypal Account is now active so dues can be paid through the website via Paypal for your convenience.
  • Club T-Shirts: Moto Europa has graciously offered to sponsor our club t-shirts in exchange for a little advertising space on them. We will be collecting t-shirt sizes after January 1st, once we have a complete list of paid (aka "active") members.
  • Club Logo: Thank you to Chris Ryan and Drew Bradshaw for putting together a myriad of options for our club logo. We have officially chosen the logo that will be published on our shirts, stickers, etc. in the future.
  • GDOG Website: You may have noticed that the officer email addresses have been changed on the "Contact Us" link. We have made the email addresses generic so they can change as the officer positions change. Also, we are working on making the website more interactive, informative and more up to date so to maintain activity here. (so if you want to post any comments about my meeting notes please do so)
To close our meeting Pete & Kevin from Moto Europa provided a seminar on how to properly winterize your Ducati. I will write another post to summarize the important tips Kevin shared with us. Thank You Moto Europa!

We had a great time as always. If you have any questions about items covered or need to reach out never hesitate to contact me via the "Contact Us" link on the home page.

Sincerely,

Mark Schomaker
Vice President
